Platform access, permitted use, and member responsibilities
These terms govern access to ADN's private legal intelligence platform in the hosted Supabase-backed production deployment.
Access restrictions
ADN access is limited to approved organizations and members. Credentials may not be shared, sublicensed, or used to expose protected content outside the approved member organization and role structure.
Confidential and anonymized content
Members must submit only high-level anonymized case intelligence and must not upload claimant names, privileged material, protected health information beyond approved use, or confidential documents not cleared for this network.
Operational security
ADN may suspend or revoke access for misuse, abuse, scraping, excessive automated access, credential sharing, or actions that threaten platform security, data integrity, or member confidentiality.

ADN provides intelligence workflow support and curated member resources. It does not create an attorney-client relationship and should not be treated as legal advice.
